We handle design coordination with your architect, pull all permits through Washington County, manage every subcontractor, and keep you updated throughout the build. Most of our custom homes take 8 to 14 months depending on size and complexity.

Design & Planning

With a clear understanding of your vision, we collaborate with architects and designers to develop your floor plan and select finishes. For semi-custom builds, you will choose from our proven floor plans and personalize every detail. For full custom builds, we start from scratch, creating a design that is entirely yours. We refine the plans until every room, every sightline, and every material feels exactly right.

Pre-Construction

Before a single shovel hits the ground, we handle all permitting through Washington County, finalize your construction contract with a detailed scope and fixed timeline, and coordinate with our network of trusted subcontractors. We conduct soil testing, survey the lot, and schedule utility connections. You receive a complete construction schedule so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Construction

This is where your home comes to life. From foundation and framing to mechanical systems, insulation, drywall, and finishes, our team manages every phase with precision. You will receive regular progress updates and are welcome to visit the site at scheduled intervals. We coordinate all inspections required by St. George building codes and maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the build.

Final Walkthrough & Move-In

Before handing over the keys, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to review every detail of your new home. We demonstrate all systems, address any items on the punch list, and ensure everything meets our exacting standards and yours. Once you are satisfied, we celebrate move-in day with you and provide a comprehensive homeowner manual covering warranties, maintenance schedules, and emergency contacts.
