We're happy to sit down with you, walk through the entire process from start to finish, and help you figure out the best path forward for your project.

Custom homes (fully custom or semi-custom from our floor plans), new construction spec homes in several St. George communities, and remodels/additions on existing homes. We also build multi-family projects up to about 25 units. The scope varies but we apply the same construction standards to all of it.

A typical custom home build in Southern Utah takes between 8 and 14 months, depending on the size, complexity, and level of customization. Semi-custom homes with established floor plans generally fall on the shorter end, while fully custom builds with unique architectural features may take longer. We'll provide a detailed timeline during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
